Vendors (participating at the Sponsor - $5,000 support level or above) who send in their monies before January 1, 2025, will be honored at the next highest support level. Example: Fergus Fraser Printing gives $5,000, which would typically qualify at the Sponsor level. If they get their monies in before January 1st, they will be considered at the Benefactor sponsorship level.

Vendors giving at a rate of $350+ per community will earn CAPREIT Preferred Partner status for one year (July 2025 - June 2026). This status will be marked in RealPage SpendManagement/OpsTechnology, and all CAPREIT communities will be encouraged to use CAPREIT Preferred Partner vendors.

Executive Patron:                 $12,500+ Support

Includes everything under Patron level; plus

Your Company's representative may attend a select luncheon with CAPREIT executive leadership on Monday, May 19th with the opportunity to showcase your company during an exclusive 5-7 minute presentation (details to follow).

Patron:                                   $10,000+ Support

Includes everything under Benefactor level; plus

• Your Company’s name will appear on a Conference banner.
• Your Company’s representative may set up a promotional table (full table, premium location) at our Conference Vendor Expo.
• Your Company’s representative is invited to attend breakfast with all CAPREIT Conference attendees on Monday, May 19th (details to follow)

Benefactor:                            $7,500+ Support

Includes everything under Sponsor level; plus

• Your Company’s name will appear in printed displays throughout the Conference.
• Your Company’s marketing materials/literature will be available to all Conference participants.
• Your Company’s representative may set up a promotional table (full table) at our Conference Vendor Expo.
• Your Company’s representative is invited to attend a cocktail reception and dinner with CAPREIT senior staff on Monday, May 19th (details to follow).

• Sponsor:                                 $5,000+ Support

  Includes everything under Friend level; plus

• Your Company’s representative may set up a promotional display (half-table) at our Conference Vendor Expo.
• Your Company’s representative is invited to attend lunch with CAPREIT Conference participants on Monday, May 19th (details to follow).

Includes everything under Member level; plus

• Your Company’s promotional items will be available to all Conference participants.

Member:                                 $2,000+ Support

• Your Company’s name will appear in displays noting “Wi-Fi / Snack Generously Provided by [Your Company Name].”

CAPREIT has a block of rooms for our vendors. Please email kmurphy@capreit.com with your company name, who will be attending, and the dates the room(s) will be needed. The cut-off for booking hotel rooms is April 18, 2025.

Orlando Airport (MCO) - A free courtesy shuttle runs every 30 minutes to and from the hotel and Orlando Airport. Shuttle Pick Up Ph: (407) 851-9000. Hotel Parking - If you choose to rent a car, parking is available at the hotel for a daily parking fee. Vendor Appreciation Cocktail Reception and Dinner - A bus will be provided to and from the vendor cocktail hour and dinner.

Your company items will be held in a locked storage room. All company items that need to be shipped back will be the responsibility of each vendor.

Registration and set-up will open on Monday, May 19th, from 9:00 am - 11:00 am. The Conference Vendor Expo begins at 1:30 pm and ends at 4:30 pm.

Yes. Half-table Vendors are allowed only table signs and promotional items. Floor signage, such as banner-ups, is not allowed. Full-table Vendors are allowed one large sign, such as a banner up (not to exceed 33.5 × 79 inches), table signs, and promotional items. Lab Partners are allowed large signage, table signs, and promotional items.
