Vendors (participating at the Sponsor - $5,000 support level or above) who send in their monies before January 1, 2027, will be honored at the next highest support level. Example: Fergus Fraser Printing gives $5,000, which would typically qualify at the Sponsor level. If they get their money in before January 1st, they will be considered at the Benefactor sponsorship level.

Vendors giving at a rate of $350+ per community will earn CAPREIT Preferred Partner status for one year (June 2027 - May 2028). This status will be marked in RealPage SpendManagement/OpsTechnology, and all CAPREIT communities will be encouraged to use CAPREIT Preferred Partner vendors.

• Your Company's representative will receive hotel accommodations (a maximum of two (2) representatives up to two (2) nights).

Patron and Executive Patron vendors – your stay is on us! CAPREIT will pay for Your Company’s hotel room (room & taxes only; up to two rooms for up to two nights each) at Conference. Please contact Kely Murphy for room reservations.

Additionally, we have a limited number of hotel rooms at a discounted rate for our vendors. Please reach out to Kely Murphy if interested by April 30, 2027.

Package Handling & Storage fees will apply to each package.  Please schedule your shipment(s) to arrive four days prior to the event start date to avoid additional storage fees.   

Registration and set-up will open on Monday, May 24th, from 9:00 am - 11:00 am. The Conference Vendor Expo begins at 1:30 pm and ends at 4:30 pm.

Yes. Half-table Vendors are allowed only table signs and promotional items. Floor signage, such as banner-ups, is not allowed. Full-table Vendors are allowed one large sign, such as a banner up (not to exceed 33.5 × 79 inches), table signs, and promotional items.

Yes! CAPREIT will provide schedules for all vendor partners at registration.
